I've been excitedly waiting for V13 and it's updated Gen 8 move set, because i've been really wanting to teach my Alolan Vulpix/Ninetales Aurora Veil for the longest time. But it seems it's more complicated to do than I originally thought. I've leveled up my Vulpix to level 85 after the update and it didn't learn it naturally, and it also can't teach it through Move Relearn. So, assuming if they can even learn it at all, that the last resort is through a Move Tutor or even a TM. I need help finding that if that is how you teach it, or maybe finding a different method I completely forgot about.
