I don't normally cheat in games, but I have been waiting to get the new Milotic since I got the Feebas, but since I used all my blast powder I can't destroy the mining stone to get to the prism scale. Unless the prism scale was moved or there's a new way to get blast powder without needing to go to grand dream city, I really just want to spawn it in, but I can't find any IDS. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Hey. I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but I've been unable to evolve my gligar into a toxic gliscor. I level it up at night, with a toxic plate, but it never evolves. If there's anyway I can get it lmk. Thanks! Edit: Even with the new update I can't evolve Gligar
