Revert to a savefile from before you sold it. You can do that by going to the savefolder shortcut.

Where exactly is the Weavilite. I know it's in the Glass Workstation but I can't find it anywhere. Idk if it's only available after the gauntlet, I went inside the room with the pulse to try and see if I could see the stone there but I couldn't.It's very much possible it's somewhere in plain sight but I just didn't see it, but I'm positive I haven't seen it at all.

Since this choice also decides whether Samson or Ciel is abducted, it may have something to do with this...? I cannot find footage of the Ciel abducted route, so I don't know what happens there, but maybe it has to do with Samson sacrificing himself for the girl that Lin is... jealous? Because no one saved her when she needed it?
No idea though.
Ciel gets abducted because Shelly only had the courage to ask Ciel to help out and not Samson, so he couldn't be there to save her.
I think you should look at the choices more from Anna's, or more specifically Nostra's perceptive. Nostra
Spoilerhas already seen the world end and believes these are the choices to save it. Nostra looks at the more 'logical' options I feel.
Of course this is what I think.

Whenever I interact with the dude that wants me to find his four pokemon the end of the conversation ends like this and freezes the game.
I tried answering with yes and no to see of that made any difference but alas.
I'm in no rush, I can do this quest another time.
Edit: updated to the new version and it works <3

I recommend teaching it charge beam (with serene grace it gets boosted odds to raise special attack) and echoed voice/round (You can teach it hyper voice later in the game) for stab. Blissey's got horrible attacking stats but decent special attack stats. I also recommend going to the move reminder for soft boiled.
Once you get access to Ice Beam and Thunderbolt (which isn't until much later) I recommend teaching it those moves as well.
Also zoom lens doesn't raise accuracy, wide lens does!
