V13 - Savefile troubleshooting

Defeated Rift Garbodour in west gaeren sewers, cannot move after the cut scene gets over. Can only quicksave. Tried reverting to an old save file didnt work either. Would be really grateful if someone could fix my file as I'm really deep into the game and don't want to restart. Game.rxdata -
