Trades Evolutions, yes or no?

There is an item similar to reborn and rejuv that allows you to evolve trade evolution pokemon. The earliest you can get one is after the second gym though. -
So I have found 2 of the what Im assuming is 4 capture charms. I found the Ruby one near larvesta and the amethyst in the librarys secret room. Has anyone found the other ones?

you can just change your pcs time in the settings and it should work. -
The larvitar sidequest is in the tanzan cave. i dont think it gets blocked at any oint.
