I still would like to do the larvitar side quest however I already done the alll the reconstruction side quests including the railroad reconstruction. I've seen videos on how to enter the area however when I go to the entrance it's blocked. Did I miss out on an opportunity to get it or is there another entrance I can use to complete the side quests? Thanks Update: oops forgot there was another entrance...doing this side quest now

I just joined the forums, just finished the main story defeating Hardy's gym and have done most of the side quests, I'm wondering if there is a list of completed field effects? The one I'm missing is 34. I had 5 missing now it's just the 1. Thanks
