Another thing to note during the ending events of Blacksteep Castle, Madame X stabbed Melia invoking the power of the Archetype within her. But then during the events where you first meet Angie, Angie does a ritual which would kill Melia, and sends her soul away too. But it did not, and with the Archetype acting as a backup generator. What if the ritual damaged the stability of the Archetype within Melia. Which could slowly be killing Melia which could be scene as the Genus Syndrome.

Something to note, while playing through the game again, in tower space leading up to the 7th badge with Angie. If you back track a little, a new room opens where a scene is shown to have Indraid and Angu walk together and Angie is made. This could lead to one of two things, either Indraid and Angu have combined into one being explaining what happened to Indraid all this time or Indraid has infused some of his essence into Angu to make her more like him. I think that the first option is better as we have no idea what happened to Indraid after Marionette awakens after winning the third badge.

Something I was thinking about is what if Madame X is Celine. What if the ritual that she had to before where the current team Xen headquarters is a ritual that splits herself in two. Where one side fights for truth and the other fights for ideals. The ritual is finished if done correctly with the two sides ending in a stalemate. But what if the ritual is failed, and one side wins. I do not remember which one of the stones either the white or black stone that Alexandra said the Celine brought back was, but this would explain why Madame X knows so many things and why her face is black and hair is black. What if Celine is trying to set up both sides of the prophecy, the light and the dark prophecy to she which side wins out. She built the league to test the members of the light prophecy, and team Xen to unite the dark prophecy members. If the ritual scene that I described is how it went down then it would make sense if Madame X represents the truth, of that the dark prophecy will more likely happen. And then the other half of Celine representing the ideals, with the completion of the light prophecy being better for the world.

Another thing is that if you defeat Madame X at Blacksteep Castle, she says something like "I am sorry father." or "I have failed father." So Madame X has a father or father figure that she is follow to that day.

In the phasial cave, I believe that venipede can no longer be found there, and is switched with galarian meowth. I have spent 3 hours looking for venipede in the cave and have not found one.
