Stuck at route 9 because i decide to do sidequest after tournament,any way to go back to the tournament hall for main plot?

I dont really know what happened to this It just crash my game whenever i Surf or encounter pokemon

so i try to play now it keep shows up this error message the moment i surf or encounter pokemon because it also crash after i walk into some grass I redownload the game with my save file still there it still shows up any idea how to fix it?
