Cleffa. Abra/Kadabra, Magby/Magmar, Omanyte, Azurill, Lileep, Cranidos, Shieldon, Misdreavus. Glameow, Porygon/Porygon 2, Tirtouga, Archen, Gothita, Solosis, Pumpkaboo, Bounsweet.
I can breed my Alakazam with a ditto for one of the Pokemon in the Kommo-o line ya know. It doesn't have to be a shiny.
I can also accept a heart scale if you want either will be fine.
Edit: the Abra I just hatched isn't that bad actually it has the following IVs :
Attack: 17
Defense: 20
Sp. Atk: 21
Sp. Def: 28
Speed: 18
Female, Ability: Synchronized

Try with the grassy area in Titania's castle, the field there boost dragon and steel moves, there are fairy type pokemon but garchomp can learn iron head so it can help you. Also there is a chance you can find chansey (who gives you a lot of exp)

It says for me that the map is corrupt but judging from the fact that you're already 10 hours into the game means that you're about to challenge Florinia or rini.
To find fern you must answer all the questions in the glowing computer things and go through the previously blocked area and there you will find fern.
I think I mean I recently just got back to the game after all.

Well I recently got back to Pokemon and found out that I was still supposed grind up for Titania but the Pokemon in Tourmaline desert or the Scrapyard all have low encounter rates-
(I think because it takes me minutes before I find my new prey) -therefore grinding in Tourmaline desert became tedious real quick and I can't grind on the NPC in the Grand hall since they have Pokemon that are high leveled enough to OHKO my newly caught Garchomp. (evolve from Gible in Sugiline cave)

It's best to start a new save file it not that far from the game yet anyways.

your game is probably just glitched that happened to my save file as well except it's just when the game lagged and my character was reading a book.

Oh! I forgot the fact that fighting types do neutral damage against Pidgeot due to it being a half normal type.

Grinding too much makes the game boring like what I did I grinded up different teams and only got to titania before stopping cause of boredom.
But if you really want then go for it none is stopping you

although you can increase EVs by grinding whilst having your pokemon hold power items

but there are expert pokemon breeders out there it's better to take advice from them

IVs are like the genes of pokemon you can't change them the only way to get perfect IVs is by breeding two pokemon of the same egg group and you also need luck

Can Groudon still be recruited after beating him in the post game? Or will he disappear?
Help me since I can't recruit him with my under leveled bagon.

Actually I've been training there and my Garchomp went from like level 61 to 74.
