  1. Nice team. I like the synergy between scizor and thundurus a lot. Since you are running hammer arm and you might want to invest those 4 extra evs into attack. I don't really understand why you have both volt switch and thunderbolt so, I suggest switching volt switch with nasty plot making you nearly unstoppable after you have set up. I also think you should run timid instead of modest on thundurus because its not fast enough to sweep or do much of anything with modest. And it already hits like a truck after a nasty plot. Also, thundurus isn't much of a lead. I think you should switch thundurus with whimsi-troll-cott so you have more of a dedicated lead/staller. On haxorus I suggest using earthquake instead of brick break as it gives you the same coverage and it allows you to take advantage of mold breaker, allowing you to hit levitating pokemon like gengar for super effective damage.
  2. I see something like choice scarf rotom-W absolutely demolishing this team. Provided he has hp fire, he can outspeed and 1-2HKO every pokemon on this team. So you might want to look into a good steel type. However i see you added bisharp as your sucker puncher on your trainer card which I think is a terrific choice to replace cacturne.
  3. There's really nothing I could add that phazer has not already said. Except for I think a fire type pokemon would really benefit this team because aside from meloetta, which needs a turn to set up, and magnezone, steel types completely wall this team.
  4. Looks awesome, one of the best sun teams I've seen on the RMT thread . However "cavalry" is VERY weak to stealth rocks and so is ninetales if you get in a weather war and have to switch ninetales in and out a lot. You may want to consider taunt on ninetales so your opponent can't get their rocks up. I wouldn't trust my luck with hypnosis putting them to sleep before they set up rocks. Other than that, nice work
  5. I think you should go with vaporeon instead of lantern. It has a more diverse movepool, generally it's bulkier than lanturn, it can provide much appreciated wish support, it can provide heal bell support, and it can effectively phaze .
  6. I would go with shadow ball on chandelure instead of overheat for stab and coverage. There is no pokemon on your team that can hit ghost types for super effective damage. However, seeing from your trainer card, you have already beaten shade so that's not really an issue. Also blaze kick seems kinda redundant as hi jump kick already hits steel types so the only coverage youre really getting from blaze kick is against grass and bug types. I think sucker punch would be a better option for priority and to hit ghost and psychic types. Overall, Great team .

Oh, and so does hydreigon, golurk, and conkeldurr. AND empoleon can and ferrothorn can wall the fuck out of it. How this even came up on the threatlist, I have no idea Garchomp- Chandelure can outspeed the non-scarfed variant and kill it with hp ice, Hydreigon can also outspeed the non-scarfed variant and kill it. Ferrothorn walls it and can use it as setup fodder as long as it doesnt carry the hp fire, chandelure can kill it with energy ball, and empoleon can do decent damage with grass knot Salamence- See dragonite Scizor- chandy traps it and kills it, hydreigon can easily live a bullet punch and kill it as well Scrafty- golurk's dynamic punch almost OHKO's it and I can usually get confusion hax, conkeldurr wrecks it Serperior- <--- Totally serperior lol, ferrothorn can trap it and kill it, hydreigon can trap it and kill it, and ferrothorn walls the fuck out of it Skarmory- XD chandelure says hi Slowbro- Hydreigon says hi Tentacruel- Can be kinda tricky, ferrothorn and empoleon wall it, and golurk can OHKO it with earthquake as long as it doesn't have any investment in defense Terrakion- conkeldurr says hi, especially after a couple close combats , and golurk makes quick work of him Thundurus- Chandelure hp ice ftw, empoleon can live an unboosted tbolt and kill it with ice beam, conkeldurr kills it with stone edge Togekiss- Empoleon walls it and kills it with ice beam, chandy can kill with hp ice, ferrothorn can wall it, easily set up and kill it with gyro ball, conkeldurr can live an air slash (I think >.<) and kill it with stone edge Tyranitar- golruk and conkeldurr laugh at it, and ferrothorn sets up and laughs at it even more XD Volcarona- I have stealth rocks... Whimsitroll- I hate this little shit, chandelure can kill it provided it can"t get up a leech seed Zapdos- See thundurus Celebi- you know the drill, chandelure traps and kills it and hydreigon can kill it with dark pulse or fire blast, and ferrothorn walls it, Darmanitan- dont see him very much but hydreigon can outspeed the scarfed variant and kill it, conkeldurr can easily kill it especially after flare blitz recoil, empoleon can live a flare blitz and kill it with scald, golurk laughs at it after he has set up Heracross- Chandelure traps and kills it, hydreigon kills with fire blast Mandibuzz- XD Quagsire- Empoleon has grass knot and this is why I carry energy ball on chandelure. And ferrothorn, DERP Sableye- he's pretty anoying but chandelure can take care of him with shadow ball and he can't touch conkeldurr since he likes to be burned Sigilyph- See every other flying type on the list Smeargle- Guts boosted mach punch lulz Starmie- Grass knot, shadow ball, dark pulse, and ferrothorn all take care of it easily Suicune- Never really see it much (especially since this is a league team derp) but ferrothorn can wall it easily and take it out Toxicroak- I HATE THIS BASTARD Virizion- Chandelure... lol Hippowdon+Excadrill- Conkeldurr says hi Tyranitar+Landorus- Chandelure and empoleon say hi Ninetales+Venusaur- Chandelure says hi Abomasnow+Walrein- Conkeldurr and chandelure say hi Politoed+Kingdra- ferrothorn walls the shit out of this combo Politoed+Ludicolo- this combo is a little harder to deal with but ferrothorn still walls it Politoed+Vaporeon- ferrothon derp Chansey+Skarmory- Chandelure laughs at this Scizor+Rotom-W- Chandelure laughs at scizor and ferrothorn laughs at rotom Ferrothorn+Jellicent- For like the over 9000th time, chandelure says hi. And hydreigon laughs at jellicent Descriptions: Empoleon: My Special Wall/Hazards Setter. I used swampert at first. However he just wasn't getting the job done as well as i had hoped he would. So I thought about bulky water types that can set up rocks and immediately, empoleon came to mind. Ever since I switched I have loved him. He can spounge water attacks for chandy and golurk, ice attacks for hydriegon, fire attacks for ferrothorn, rock attacks for chandelure, and grass attacks for golurk. He has great synergy with the rest of my team and he also has a great base special attack stat so he can deal out good amounts of damage. Scald is for stab and those very helpful burn hax . Ice beam makes quick work of any dragon type and also takes out gliscor which can wall my team very well after chandelure is gone. Grass knot is to take out water types that can wall my team well and it also deals great damage to common leads such as politoed and Rotom-Wash. Golurk: My Setup Sweeper/Late-Game Sweeper/Spin-Blocker. Golurk is a freaking monster!!! IMO, he is very underrated and is one if the best late game sweepers in the metagame. He can come in on pokemon that he threatens and set up very easily on the switch with rock polish. He can take fighting attacks for ferrothorn and usually setup as the opponent will typically switch out. Dynamicpunch is for the great power, hax, and coverage it provides. Gotta love those hax . Shadow punch is for stab and i usually find myself using it for neutral damage on flying types trying to come in and stop my sweep. Earthquake is for powerful stab. And rock polish is to set up, golurk reaches 418 speed with max speed and an admant nature, effectively outspeeding any non-scarfed poke in the tier (not sure about ninjask before boosts) after just one rock polish. Lefties as oposed to life orb because i like my setup sweeper to be able to recover hp because I want them to last longer. Chandelure: My Trapper/Hit-and-run Attacker/Spin Blocker. Chandelure besides being my favorite pokemon this generation, is an extremely important part of my team. His ability to trap and take out threats is unmatched by any other poke in the tier. He has amazing coverage and acts as a great switch in against fire type and fighting type attacks aimed at ferrothorn, and fighting type attacks aimed at empoleon and hydreigon. I use a modest nature because with a scarf he hits 381 speed, outspeeding 95% of the tier already. So i like the power that modest nature provides even if he is not going to be able to outspeed the likes of timid jolteon, jolly aerodactyl, ect. After all chandelure has the highest special attack stat in OU, might as well use it to its full potential. Heat wave is used as oposed to fire blast because its more reliable and as oposed to flamethower because of the high amount of doubles and triples in the league. Shadow ball is used as a powerful stab that hits most things for great neutral damage, and kills ghost types that threaten chandelure. Energy ball is used to kill off bulky water types that wall chandelure such as swampert and gastrodon. It can OHKO rotom-Wash as well without any special defense investment which is probably the #1 threat to my team. Hp ice is used for the awesome coverage it gets. It allows chandy to trap and kill threats like gliscor, landorus, dragonite, and salamence and they cant do a thing about it . Hydreigon: My Revenge Killer/Hit-And-Run Attacker/Wall Breaker. Where do I even begin with this beast? Hydreigon is an absolute powerhouse and is an awesome check to many common threats in OU. He sports very unique and great typing which allow him to get great coverage which makes him such a great check to these common threats. Not to mention he has great synergy with my team. He can absorb psychic attacks aimed at conkeldurr, take ground type attacks aimed at chandelure, empoleon, and ferrothorn, take fire attacks aimed at ferrothorn, and take dark and ghost type attacks aimed at chandelure and golurk. With a scarf he hits blisteringly high speeds making him an exceptional revenge killer. He is just a beast. I swept whole team with this guy . Draco metoer is used for its awesome power with stab. The stat drops dont really matter because he is a scarfed hit and run attacker and he is a wall breaker. So draco allows him to dish out much more damage. Dark pulse is used for its terrific type coverage and stab. Focus blast is to take care of steel types, rock types and ice types. Fire blast is used to take out ice types, grass types, and bug types. Its coverage is kind of redundant with focus blast, however I needed it for laura and shelly so I had another fire type attacker at my disposal. Conkeldurr: My Wallbreaker/Revenge Killer/Sometimes Bulky Sweeper/ABSOLUTE BEAST. Conkelderp has probably been the MVP on my team so far. He just dishes out unbelievable ammounts of damage and can act as a pretty effective bulky sweeper. He is the best revenge killer on my team, seeing as how he is my only member with priority and a strong one at that. I run the guts flame orb set as opposed to the bulk up set because conkeldurr can do immediate high damage as opposed to bulk up durr who typically runs no attack evs and needs to set up before he can go beastmode. Conkeldurr is the pokemon that i usually turn to if theres something that i cant deal super effective damage to that I need to take out and I can use him to spounge status moves such as will o wip and toxic. Drain punch is used for great power and recovery to help heal off burn damage and increase conkeldurr's overall surviveabillity. Mach punch is for the strong priority and ability to revenge kill. Stone edge is used to take out flying types as it is the only move on my team (bar ice beam and hp ice) that can hit flying types for super effective damage. It is also the only move on my team that can hit gyarados for super effective damage. Payback is used to DESTROY ghost types who are stupid enough to try to stand up to conkeldurr. Ferrothorn: My Physical Wall/Leech Seed Staller/Occasional Late game sweeper. Ferrothorn is so important to my team in terms of type coverage and spounging attacks. It is the only pokemon on my team who can kill water types more reliably than energy ball and grass knot. It walls the fuck out of so many powerful sweepers. It is a freaking lifesaver. I run a set that has probably been thought of before but i thought of it all by myself. It is a more offensive ferrothorn set than the typical wall as i do run some attack evs. The reason i took a more offensive approach is so i can not just tank hits from powerful sweepers but kill them in the process. Typically what i do is come in to somthing that i can wall, set up a leech seed, and then use curse as many times as I safely can. Then I can proceed to easily deal with the opposing pokemon and usually get a nice little mini sweep out of it. After all threats have been taken out I can just bring in ferrothorn and act as a late-game sweeper to pull of the win. Gyroball is used for its stab and raw power. Ferrothorn is one of the slowest pokemon there is and its a steel type. This makes gyro ball very powerful. Curse will increase my attack and lower my speed, both of witch power up gyroball. I usually do around 80% damage with an unboosted, unresisted gyroball and OHKO ALOT of pokes. Leech seed is to allow me to stall and recover hp while setting up. Power whip is for powerful stab and coverage. And finally curse is used to set up. Well, this is my team guys. Please leave advice and CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. I am very appreciative if you read through this whole thing as I know it is long, but I wanted to create the best RMT I could . Keep in mind that this is a league team so remember not to suggest legendary pokes and other stuff banned from league play. Your guys' feedback would be much appreciated! Thank You !!!!!!
  8. Serperior: looks good except for imo i think giga drain is kinda redundant. It provides no coverage and the recovery isn't necessary on serperior since it's not bulky at all. You should change it to substitute to make sweeping a lot easier with sub up Sigilyph: Never used one so I'm gonna skip it Chandelure: like heat wave because of the high amount of doubles and triples in the league. Hp rock doesn't give you near as good coverage as hp ice, which hits flying types for super effective damage anyway, and it allows you to take care of dragon types, gliscor, and landorus which like to wall the fuck out of chandelure. Also psychic gives bad coverage as it only hits fighting and poison types hard neither of which can really touch chandelure. I suggest you change it to energy ball to deal with water types that wall you like swampert and gastrodon. Porygon 2: everything looks good I agree with teliomi, twave is good. It allows you to stop speedy boosting sweepers like volcarona and dragonite. Scizor: I'm assuming this is a bulky swords dance set. If so, looks good. Dragonite: Earthquake is not needed here as you already have fire punch to deal with steel types and fire punch also hits ice types for super-effective damage, which can hit dragonite hard. I suggest switching earthquake for extremespeed for a powerful priority move and to increase dragonite's revenge killing capabilities. Overall: looks good. I would be wary of ice and rock types as they both hit half your team for super effective damage.
  9. Looks nice . However, I only have one suggestion. You said that you only used starmie as a rapid-spinner. So I think you should switch starmie with a tentacruel so you have a spinner that can also set up toxic spikes to make stalling that much more effective . Overall, great stall team.
  10. hmmm interesting read. My first thought was, "okay these kids are at harvard shouldn't they be pulling an all nighter studying. I mean its freaking harvard!" XD.
  11. nice work. Never tried calm mind lugia before but I love it.
  12. (18:22:20) Tru Dove: I'm surprised i havent been made fun for being a girl yet xD last chat did (18:22:35) Tru Dove: So this chat > Last chat (18:22:40) Gym Leader Sabrina: Nothing wrong with being female, nothing at all. >_> (18:22:40) Tru Dove: (18:22:54) Gym Leader Sabrina: Except, you know. Shitty driving, because let's face it. (18:22:58) ShootingStarmie: lol (18:22:59) Tru Dove: Team Nerdy Girl FTW!! (18:23:11) ShootingStarmie: the only route they know is the bedroom to the kitchen... (18:23:13) Bazaro: Ok... Imma stay here too (18:23:19) Tru Dove: Hey that's not right. (18:23:19) ±OverUsed Tournament: Normal Guy has won a match! Shadow the hedgehog is out of the tournament. 1 match remaining. (18:23:23) ShootingStarmie: JK, i'm not sexist .-. (18:23:24) Tru Dove: I can get to my living room! (18:23:30) Tru Dove: (18:23:38) Gym Leader Sabrina: Hey, I use the bathroom occasionally! xD
  13. I still think x scizor is a far superior move and poison jab gives horrible type coverage.
  14. Looks very nice . Really like the honchrow set.
  15. Flash fire heatran would do nicely on this team to sponge all the fire attacks you'll undoubtedly be taking. You could use him as a special wall (which this team is lacking) and an effective toxic staller.
  16. Shadow tag chandelure would be gg for you. It can easlily trap-kill most members of your team and its a good switch in against the predicted hi jump kick from mienshao. Not to mention it can make short work of nidoking with HP ice
  17. Very well put together . Love the abomasnow set, and the support set on cloyster is pretty cool and unique. And i love seeing kyurem in an RMT
  18. Jolteon cuz... this is sad if I have to explain this to you
  19. I would suggest chandelure with shadow tag so you can trap stuff like ferro, scizor, ect. Also its really fun to use it to mess with Shade . Here's the set I run. It's the standard choice scarf set. BONG! (Chandelure) (M) @ Choice Scarf Trait: Shadow Tag EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk) - Heat Wave/Fire Blast/Flamethrower - Shadow Ball - Energy Ball - Hidden Power [ice] I used to use fire blast but I found it would miss a lot in crucial moments in battles and it just proved to be too unreliable. I switched to heat wave because of the prevalence of doubles and triples in the league. Flamethrower is also an option if you want to make sure you don't miss.
  20. Ugh I got something to rant about that's been bothering me for the past week or so. You know when you first start going out with a girl and you hang out with her a bunch and its cool. Then, after awhile you start to hang out with your friends and do other stuff every once and awhile and she gets pissed at you. GAWD I hate clingy girls!!!
  21. I just met you, and this is crazy but heres my RAWRCHOMP!!! GTFO maybe!!! why not
