    is there any way to still get a litten after reborn has restored ?

      Litten is an event Pokemon depending on which gang you are with you get it from Archer after you complete the application quest or from a npc in Agate CITY in the apartment near the rock climb spot

      If your in Aqua gang you get it when you give all the applications to the Aqua gang members it's a gift from Archer
