There's one in Shade's power plant but it's only accessible if you've reached Iolia Valley and explored an optional area to find a key for the rooms in the back of the power plant their you'll find a magnet, the TM for Snarl, some Electrode, a few interesting cutscenes, and Shade's Rotom.
