All the houses in the area are locked - due to the green fog - and the warp pad that is directly outside the cave warps you to the entrance of the sewers; and then, there's only a healing station, not a PC one.

Cool strat! I just spammed double team with my Raichu and Nasty Plot, destroyed her with Thunderbolt. Only took a few resets.

So I've just come into West Gearen City, and am up to the second Garbodor fight. I can't for the life of me defeat it, nor can I change the field with my current team. I'm happy to select some Pokemon from my PC and grind them up (I'm playing on Intense Mode) but there is no PC. Is this essentially a soft lock?
