When playing as Aelita against the robots, when I used Protect on the Granbull, the toxic orb did not activate at the end of that turn for some reason.

In the pyramid puzzle, if you stand on a colored tile and then switch to another character and switch to another color, the player previously standing on the colored tile gets stuck.

Another error:
You can walk through the leftmost doorway near the entrance after freeing Aelita, even though it was supposed to be locked (and still is from the outside). I would post a screenshot but it says the file size is too big?

I found a tile error:
You can walk in the space of this metal bar when you probably shouldn't be able to. It doesn't let you walk up, but the space above it is still able to be occupied.
EDIT: Actually this might not be an error as it is required to go in a space like this later on

I have two errors in one screenshot here:
So, as you can see, it is still possible to travel to GDC even though it is supposed to be blocked off. Also, on the left, although it is kind of hard to see, a part of that purple thing that Ren tries to take you away in follows the player on the screen when you walk to the right. (It's right under the selection menu and connected to the gray part)

By the way, it's much easier to find tiny mushrooms at night from the Amoonguss's in Darchlight Woods. If you find the overworld sprite of one, you can just keep using thief on it as long as you don't kill it with the move and run away before killing it (It won't despawn if you run and you still get as many mushrooms as you need).

The TM Shadow Ball was added as a reward from the gym battle when the gym was remodeled (I think that was V10) if you are already past this point without obtaining it, then you might have missed it.
You can try going back the the gym and see if you can get it, if not then you can post in your save file here and will add the TM for you to the bag.
I went through the whole gym and couldn't find Narcissa anywhere (I also checked her house). I attached the save file here, thanks for your help.

Hi, I see that you said the TM for shadow ball was obtained after beating Narcissa, but I'm trying to find it so I can use it for one of my Pokemon and it's not in my bag (I sorted the TMs by number and it wasn't at the number 30 spot like it should be and I checked them all anyway). I'm way past this point in the game, so was this only in a recent version or did you have to do something else after beating her? Thanks if you can help.

I'm not completely sure that I'm remembering correctly, but were AP points a thing in v10? I think I remember going back to the place where you can exchange the points and buying golden items (HM replacements) after completing the story. However, now that I have played v11, I realized that I didn't have these items in my bag. I might be remembering incorrectly, but I know I have completed 24 achievements, and with that, should I have more than a total of 50 points? If so, something happened because I know I only spent points on the HM replacements.
EDIT: I also found something else strange. If I recall correctly, the TM for Shadow Ball should have been given after defeating Narcissa, but this item isn't in my bag (the TM is number 30 and they are sorted) as shown by the screenshot:
Another problem is that in GDC, when you try to use fly on the Main Street area, a message displays saying you can't fly because of the dome, but in some other areas (like central square) it lets you go to the fly screen but it is blank with 3 question marks in the middle of the screen. I'm not sure if it counts as an error, but it is inconsistent so I thought I'd point it out.

Thanks for all the help. I think I'll just add Nidoking and give it rock slide and maybe give Pangoro ice punch or something. I realized that I don't need extra coverage against fairy now that I will have the Nidoking.

I thought I'd post my team here. It isn't as strong as it could be, and I want to make some changes before version 12 comes out. Any suggestions?
By the way, I also have a Lycanroc-Midday, Claydol, Golurk, and Pidgeot that are of similar levels.

I'm not sure if this is intended, but when a Pokemon with Contrary has its Speed decreased at the end of the turn when in the swamp field, the stat change isn't inverted like how Contrary usually works.

When using Nature Power into Judgement on the Holy Field, the message displayed to indicate an increase in power ("The holy energy resonates with the attack") displays twice for me. I'm not sure if the power boost is also being applied twice.

This might already be known, but when a Pokemon uses Dig on a Flying type, its sprite does not reappear on the screen until it is attacked.
SpoilerAlso, after playing as Melia, when you are playing as the main character again, the trainer card name in the menu still says Melia. However, when selected, the proper information for the main character is displayed. This gets fixed once you reload the game.

When playing as Melia and Lavender, you retain all items in your bag that you had with the player. They can be used in and out of battle.
SpoilerAlso, I noticed that when you are in the desert town (Sashila Village I think), you can walk through the walls for where the palm trees are. (I don't have a screenshot, but will edit this post to have one once I am able to get one)
EDIT: I see that this is intentional due to other people being on areas that seem like they should be inaccessible for this same reason.
SpoilerA minor problem, but when playing as Melia in the library, the genders of her Pokemon seem to be randomly generated. I realized this because I had to soft reset after getting teleported to the desert after losing as her, and the first time her Pyroar was in the female form, but the second time it was the male form. This should probably be fixed to be consistent with the genders of the Pokemon in her party throughout the rest of the story (Assuming those don't change, but I didn't check).

About the whole Angie thing, wasn't she already shown being freed? After completing version 10, I went back to the Electric Gym for no real reason, but when I exited it, a cutscene happened with Cera freeing Angie. I don't think it would make sense for her to be excluded from this version after that happened.

When I died facing Ryland (controlled by Flora), it teleported me all the way back to the Pokemon Center in Zone Zero and my character sprite disappeared completely. I am able to walk through everything and am unable to interact with anything. By the way, I didn't use the healer in the pyramid.
