    I found a way around this problem. I reverted back to an old save and completed the battle on v11. This is the only thing that worked for me so hopefully it will work for everyone else

    I'm stuck in the water treatment center because Taka explained who he was and then turned the water off but I lost the double battle after turning the water back on. Game.rxdata
