Won't v14 be the final version of Rejuvenation? Bold of you to assume GameFreak will be up to gens 13-14 by 2 years time lol. I doubt they'll even be a year into gen 10, considering Black and White remakes will likely take precedence.

Jan said before that he planned Rejuvenation until v16, that was during v12 if i'm not mistaken. Then 2 years later 13 came and 2 more years later 13.5 came. Pokemon pumped out a new generation every 3-ish years as well even with Arceus and BDSP on the side, so side games clearly don't affect them. While gen 13-14 might be slightly exaggerated, it will be more like gen 12 by estimates (still can be version 14.6789), development of Rejuvenation still slowed down tremendously so it can rival something like Keizo who made Astlibra pretty much alone. It's already in development for a decade.

  2. Considering every update nowadays take roughly 2 years we likely will finish around gen 13 or gen 14, so i'm assuming gen 9 will happen at some point anyway. Although Paradox pokemon are ridiculous in stats so i can't imagine adding 20 more pokemon rivaling legendaries will go well in any scenario.

So for Delpha/Puppet Master stuff do you have to have beaten .karma files first and then have a new save or is simply having it in your quest log enough to trigger the NG+ rewards?

Hard to say but i wouldn't risk it and just beat it anyway.

This lady in Sashila will trade it to you for Mareanie or Toxapex, can't exactly remember. I don't know if you need to start karma files or not for her to appear here. Also you can Cooling hats in the SS Oceana wreck during the sidequest in Neo Gearen.

I don't think devs (probably they already have) realized the potential of Mega Gardevoir. In Reborn, Gardevoir was basically obtainable much later than Rejuv and since Rejuv has few mega/gigamax, it's so strange to see her mega instead of something less..."powerful". I respect their choices on what they would put before.

And yet where is my boy Mega Gallade for christ sake. Injustice i tell you, herecy.

Where Love Lies was released around V10 IIRC.

That's true, i stand corrected, been a while. A tiny bit before v10 so technically v9, close enough. I am also concerned about narrative implications of the "Escape" door in the dev room, despite a disclaimer saying everything beyond that point is not canon i do not like the implications of that door.

  7. Any kind of meta commentary appeared only in 13.5 and essentially deleted a lot of narrative importance from previous 80 hours of the game, before 13.5 everything still existed only within constraints of the world. So this being one whole big meta commentary is simply wrong, considering some things also were retconned and likely still will be. Maybe Jan played Undertale 7 years later and decided it's a cool idea, who knows. Also there are so many hanging threads that are not connected or just don't really matter that it's outstandingly far from the masterpiece, we will see once the game will be finished.

Narratively there are 3 things you can do that undermine entire games so hard it completely ruin them: 1) It was a dream. 2) It was a simulation and it didn't matter. 3) We time travelled so none of it happened. I have enough respect for Jan's writing to firmly believe it is not just a simulation of Karma or anything like it.

In the light of 13.5 i believe it is simply that, world being reset over and over, with Interceptor getting closer each time towards the perfect ending, and versions of the game are simply versions of the world. Also i still think WLL was the first world chronologically we know of, even if it came around version what, 5 or 6 or 7, i don't exactly remember.

  8. Aevian Ampharos is a Trick Room god with STAB bolt/beam combo and with Crest that essentially gives him a double Filter ability can be incredibly tanky as well.

Aevian Chandelure is, well, Chandelure but electric, still have earth shattering amounts of special attack. Got Levitate as ability too, leaving him with only ghost weaknesses.

Aevian Roserade got giant special attack with Technician, ridiculously strong priority Vacuum Wave boosted by Technician, Mud Barrage also deals silly amount of damage on it. Overall just a great choice whether you make it Modest for Vacuum Wave or Timid for other stuff.

I don't particularly like Aevian Parasect but having essentially 2 lives with second one having 130 base attack with 105 base speed is really good.

Aevian Lapras can utilize No Guard really well thanks to a great movepool that supports it with stuff like Zap Cannon, Sing, unmissing Stone Edges and Iron tail and stuff. Or can be made tankier with Solid Rock, however you want to do it.

Aevian Mismagius is a very very good sweeper with 3 fantastic abilities.

Aevian Volcarona is a pure Flying type Volcarona, it's a pretty good neutral type all things considered and it can still Quiver dance. As much of a terror as a normal Volcarona, if it sets up chances are it will sweep entire teams alone.

Aevian Toxitricity essentially got 3 types and Galvanize boosted Boombursts shot from 114 base Special are ridiculous. 98 speed isnt super great but it's still quite good.

Aevian Sigilyph got fantastic Fairy/Ghost type and Flare boost launches it's special attacks to stratosphere if you manage to do it.

I didn't use some other new ones a ton like Glalie and Froslass, Kommo-o, Bronzong and Musharna (this one isn't new tho) but all of them are fairly powerful.

Ditto on that, you have no clue on tier viability and how that translates to a Pokemon being "good" or not. As can be inferred from your previous replies, you basically think anything fast and strong is "good" without giving much thought to anything else lol.

Anyway, you've been proven wrong adequately. Best starter is, once again, subjective and highly debatable. Most braindead definitely goes to Blaziken though.

I will not engage in further arguments with a reddit troll that only throw "ha you are wrong and don't know anything, i won't prove anything however despite your arguments and examples, you wrong", so enjoy oyur "opinion" there. This is the last thing about this topic i react to.

Best starter is of course a subject to discussion. Best starter in Rejuvenation 13.5 is not a subject to discussion, it's Blaziken simply by virtue of him being not attainable any other way, power not withstanding. That is a simple fact and disputing that is nonsense.
