Focus on one of them. I would suggest (like everyone else said) taking Shelly out first. Cain's Mimikyu doesnt hit that hard, so I'd not kill it unless it's absolutely necessary. And why focus on pink blob first? Isn't it better to finish the other one first?

Spider Web is US/UM egg move for Araquanid so you won't be able to get it now...
