    People tell me mixing chocolate ice cream with cherry coke doesn't taste good, but they've never tried it. It's actually pretty damn good :P

      The Cherry Coke is crucial. You have to use just enough that it doesn't overpower the ice cream and leaves a hint of cherry.

      Well chocolate has a strong flavor and I'd be more worried about the cherry flavor not coming through.

      And now that I think back on it again... *checks fridge*  Yep, I got a big jug of marascino cherries. I could make this work.
