There was a new update that fixed that Bug for me, so try updating the game if you haven't done so already. Absolutely loving the the early game changes so far, each update truly makes the game better and better. I also really love that the quest journal is written in the perspective of the pc.

I'm just here to say i love and appreciate all the changes to the early game, like damn the game is better than ever. I would 100% recommend everyone to start a new savefile or replay atleast until Shelly.
