  1. Volcarona and metagross are ofc great pokes, though it's a pain in the ass to train them and I think Reborn challenges you at using different Pokémon. Magnezone is good, though as of EP 16 you can't obtain It until very far with the storyline. Early game gulpin/swalot Save your Life, and You can easily get a piloswine and then a mamoswine, which are of great help. The mistery egg Pokémon is usually a very helpful choice too, but then I would suggest you just choose some Pokémon you like, train them and see how It goes, I had wonderful results with klinklang, scrafty, meowstic etc.

  2. With your current team You should probably start praying: the 3 flying types seem Pretty useless in this case, and magcargo has a terrible weakness to water and is also very slow. I don't recall having all that trouble in beating him, so probably with a Little adjustment to your team you'll bè fine as well. I Remember sweeping through his team in my second run basically with only my powered klinklang. Scrafty can also help a lot as It has nice bulk and powers up through moxie. But anyway, just train a poke that Can sweep through his team (steel/fighting) while the others Will give coverage. Last but not least, analyse blake's Pokémon stats: jynx for example has a TERRIBLE Defense, so any phisical Attack would probably OHKO It; same with weavile (though It hits hard First) etc. Good luck!

  3. The aim of Reborn is to get players to use mons that usually are left behind; I think it's main part of the fun to have your Meowstic kick the poison leaders' ass, or to obliterate Pretty much anything with a useless pansage. You should really avoid wonder trade and just pick a team You never used, get surprised and enjoy your time in that land where you need to get on with what you find ;)

  4. Ok you got your solutions, I just want to clarify: as Ame and the other devs have written in a great number of threads, and in the changelog of E16, in this new episode weather works by cycles. Each cycle is predefined and lasts 5 days, with weather slightly changing every 8 hours, also depending on your location. So if for example you have really Sunny days, this won't bè likely to change until the cycle is finished. With this being said, It has been reported that this system is broken, and seems like it's impossibile to get windy weather.

Animations really don't influence development time that much. We completed all of the animations there were planned for E17 last episode so E17 will just have however many we've finished when the rest of the game is ready. Really their main effect is that Ame needs to do reviews each week and as long as there are any animations still going on that time is relatively consistent.

    Thanks for clarifying :)

  6. Actually if I'm not wrong Ame is now fully dedicating herself to her games. It's true we should take into account her other projects, but at the same time a big part of the animations etc was done for E16; in other words, It will take some time, but not as long as with EP 16, I think 5-6 months is probably a close enough answer.

Apparently, the Growlithe mystery egg was either removed in episode 16, files not created before episode 16, or can't be accessed when you enter into episode 16 content.  At the very least, I don't think it will trigger if you did not get it before leaving Reborn City.

Actually, the growlithe event is available in ep 16 (I did It in my new playthrough), though as you said It is only accessible before renovating Reborn (aka before the circus)
