For those that don't know, you can get key items called catching charms that increase the likelyhood of getting a critical capture (only one shake instead of 3). Third, where can I find Starlight Arena field notes? And finally,

To be able to properly solve the quest I need the How do I get them? Are they found in the same quest space?

I need to capture Rayquaza for a quest but the quest hasn't given any indication on its location. I searched the surrounding area where the quest takes place but haven't found Rayquaza. Where can I find it?

Do I only need 50 cells then or are you still working on the doc?

Just to make sure, at the end of the quest, Darkrai is given to you as a gift, but after I checked my team and my PC, it seems like I don't have a Darkrai. Is this intentional since or is it a bug? My version is 19.0.3 .

For the Tapu puzzles, there are 4 empty rooms and one pillar that makes you battle a level 1 Unown when interacted with in each room. How do I make something happen? Do I need to change the field to the respective fields of the Tapus (e.g. Tapu Koko --> Electric Field) ? If so, which Pokémon learn these moves levelling up in a gen 7 learnset?
