I am really sorry not doing an update on a long time.
Basically i am finishing my degree and this sunday is when i have to send my final project.
Long story short, if someone whants to finish Croagunk line or dusknoir, feel frete so. If not monday i will try to finish them.

I dont like woobat but it is fast and usefull (you can also get muna before the first gym)
Your mystery egg pokemon is staryu, if you want I can trade you one, so that you dont have to expect a 1 in 18 chance to get it
Inkay is also an interesting pokemon and after that you can get abra... anyway you can get quite a few psychic pokemon, some interesting ones like inkay and others not so interesting. Most of them are usefull, you can look it up hereGood luck

I used sticky barb. You just need something with knock off like Donphan (with sturdy), another mon with the sticky barb (any Pokémon would do)
Then another Donphan with sturdy and endeavor (with some item)
Optional a Pokémon with fling if the attacker isnt physical

I think you are right, because some parts are fast to do and others really slow, and of course they have a personal life and their other projects. Still 5-6 months could be right, could be less or even more than that

Fire-types are not as big a problem as you claim because there are quite a few Water/Ice mons, plus Mamoswine absolutely demolishes Fire-types not named Talonflame. Samson in particular I was able to one-shot on my Ice Mono.

Then again, my favorite type is Ice and I already done an Ice Mono, so my opinions might be a bit biased, but after Radomus, I did not have much trouble with any of the battles. And I only started with a Swinub for a starter, so I had quite a painful early-game. Seriously, once you're past Aya, things will become much smoother.
I never did any mono (I am planning one) but from what i read, after a wile ground and steel are hard in the beginning but easy late game

I think you can get it before corey if you have a female growlite, but not sure about that.

From what I know, ice is the hardest, especially if you limit yourself to use only the pokemon available (of course only after 1st gym) (if thats the case make sure you get a female vanilite)
Fighting types and fire types = RIP
I voted on this one because it is the run I was planning to do (I am still deciding between ground, steel, psychic, bug, poison and fighting, and ice is one of my favorites)
Ghost is also an interesting option, (I will wait for this one when the next gen is released) sadly the ghost are only available later... -
you can get it (if I am not mistaken) fishing, the place i dont remember the name but you can get there going to route 1, north, the 3th exit counting from the institute, if you follow that path you get to a cave where you can evolve eevee to glaceon and there is water further in. (I think it was ametrine mountain, but not sure)

you can use ep 15 to do it (that way i got it) but some rain days are also windy (at least I see hoppips near the slums)

It wont work, or your rattata has to be strong,
Spoilerthe garchomp has leftovers, donphan is better, has sturdy (no need for focus sash), with breeding it can learn endeavor and ice shard, even with super heated field it would do more than 1x damage and it might work, or you have to use something with knock off first. with heart scale or with common candies on another sturdy donphan (since it learns it at level 19 and evolves at level 25), breeding shuckle or tirtouga can help too. basically if you cant beat it with donphan alone you can use one of these 3 options, all with sturdy, and you have 2 pokemon able to take down any pokemon
phanpy has to be pick up and when it evolves it will be sturdy donphan

gastly was avaliable in the past, about bagon, or they hacked them in or they got it from trades (there is also a topic to get some pokemon, even unreleased, for custom plays)

Donphan with sturdy, endeavor and ice shard is good too, especially if you used knock off or a similar move

Solaris does have only one pokemon but overleveled, if you dont want to use items then you have to use status attacks, because it kills almost all your pokemon with 1 hit

Some people have them (dont know if they hacker them in or got them from that topic to get pokémon for a custom play)
I have those and a lot of other unobtainable pokémon from trades

For me Glaceon is my favorite, ice types are one of my favorite types and glaceons design is just beatifull. And it can create crystals like diamon dust.
