...Um, help with what, might I ask?

Since I am not qualified to self diagnose, not sure what it actually is, headache-migraine-hypertension. Its getting to a point where I can't even walk or move around very well.

Not too sure if seeing a doctor for this is going to help, asking others that have went if MRI scan can't tell you whats wrong apparently we have to rely on explaining what we feel in order to get diagnosed, as one can tell that could end up highly inaccurate and useless, even more so given my body decided to stop taking orders from me. Not to mention getting another medical tab when I don't have a job.

Hard to get one without a degree, hard to finish the degree being a vegetable for most of the day, no income meaning only eating every other day so savings last longer, so that potentially useless medical tab isn't very alluring.

tldr: head hurts, hungry, frustrated at all the platitudes being sent my way.
I don't know what to do now.

...The eating every other day bit may be a significant part of the issue here. The body has a tendency to freak out when it isn't properly nourished, with increasingly bad headaches in particular being a common symptom. It doesn't help that since your budget is so slim, what you are eating is unlikely to be of significant nutritional value. Similarly, the fact that you're so evidently stressed out about all of this is likely doing terrible things for your blood pressure as well, hence the hypertension.

Given your circumstances, there are almost certainly other aspects at play (if you live in the Southeastern U.S., then the hurricane off the coast of Florida screwing with the region's air pressure, and consequently peoples' sinuses, certainly isn't helping matters for you), but those are the big issues I can see with my own limited medical knowledge. The best advice I can give is to try your best to fix, or at least alleviate,  your financial problems, seeing as those seem to be the root of everything else, but I think anyone else would've been able to come up with that answer. Sorry I can't be of any more assistance,..
