I am sick and tired of the "Real men don't cry" stereotype. In fact, I think that a man who is able to express their emotions is more a man then a stereotypical "Look at me, I strong" type...

Okay, real men don't cry at everything, just at superimportant things. Men don't cry because they have to be strong for others that look up to them. They set the example- the example isn't that they don't care, but that they take the deceased's example to heart that we have still more to take care of.

Men have grief. But they can't allow themselves too much time to wallow in it. Men have to remember that everyone else is still alive and healthy, and that you need to help keep everyone that way. Some Men are rocks. And rocks cry where no one can see. And they make themselves an example so that the rest can carry on.
