  1. If you really think about it, Twelve-Year-Olds seeking revenge in anime isn't really that unusual.

In Persona 3, Ken's desire for revenge seems childish, only because he's surrounded by people much older than he is. He's only 12, but he also had these thoughts that seem too adult for a 12 year old.

Then I stop and consider that Sasuke Uchiha started seeking Revenge against Itachi when he was even younger than Ken. I think he was... 7 when he witness Itachi slaughter the entire Uchiha Clan? But It doesn't seem as unusual because the main characters of Naruto Part 1 are a bunch of 12 and 13 year olds.

Either way, witnessing the killing of one's family can't be good for one's health. In the case of these two, they were forced to grow up early.

I think a lot of it is just that Ken didn't fit in with the rest of the cast and his interactions with them were minimal, and not too terribly interesting. Even the dog had more quality time and interaction with the rest of the cast than Ken did.

Well, I still can't hate him. But I did wish that he'd have more interactions in the original P3.

Yukari is my least favorite of the cast, and she had a whole Social Link dedicated to her.

      Junpei’s cool, though.
