"You don't have to act tough you know." Yuki giggled at the girl's attempt at hiding her feelings. She put on an act so often herself that reading through this other girl was easy. But this time around Yuki gave her genuine face. "I think we are all scared. Our world just got turned upside down, and worse than that our debut sucked. And sucked hard." She sighed. There was no excuse for that, she should have worked harder. She had her chance and blew it, and she wouldn't forgive herself for a while. "As I said before, I'm going to keep performing. Even if I am putting my life in danger, I think my life is performing... I can't see myself doing anything else. So everyone else who is also staying we will just have to fight as well as perform." Yuk turned to Yuri with a challenging look. "I know full well you aren't quitting either sis, so you'll have to keep up with me on the battlefield." And then a thought passed through her mind. "Oh! I don't know anyone's names! Maybe we should introduce ourselves! I'm Yuki, Yuki Akiyama I come from Home! It's a pleasure to meet you all!"

"We will be forgotten? That's horrible..." Yuki looked at her sister for a moment. If she died, would Yuri forget too? She shook the thought from her head and focused on the knight. "I won't ask you who you are since you told us not to ask, but I think you've given us enough hints. Even if every time we perform we will have to fight, I want to keep being an idol, I want to keep performing." She took a step forward, and clenched her hands into fists. "What can we do to get stronger? What can we do to protect our plane? What can we do to not be forgotten?"

Yuki breathed heavily, she could barely feel her body. She knew very well she was on her last ropes, it was do or die now. "We're not going down! I refuse to give up!" She shouted as loud as she could as she held her hands forward materializing her energy into a pink missile. With a large "Hayah!" she kicked it at the Scorpio Knight. Basic Attack

The magic rains down around the Knight. At first he simply blinks his eyes, but then he finds them harder to keep open. He falls face forward in his armor, in a deep sleep. Having already been hit by two javelins, the fighter holding on to dear life parries the javelin out of the air with his axe breathing heavily as he does. [Player Phase Continues]

"Wa- what are you doing sis!" She jerked back when her sister touched her, wrapping her arms around her chest protectively. If her face had gone red before, now it was several shades of deep crimson. "I know it's strange but you're different too sis! Your- " She was interrupted by the Scorpio's attack. On reaction she tried to project a wall between herself and the knife, but the knife cut through it leading it to damage Yuki anyways but at much less force. She immediately felt sick, but a thought in her head told her it was fine: that she could cure it. She raised her hands to the sky and activated her projectors. From them pink stars showered over the girls, landing on Yuki and suddenly making her feel well again. "Okay, let's give it our all!" Cleansing Tone on party to cure Poison

Yuki stood there frozen watching everything happen. Her legs froze up, could something this really be happening. To try and reassure herself everything would be alright, she brushed her pink hair out of her eyes and focused... Hold on, pink hair? Her hair was longer, way way longer, and pink! She looked at her hands, noticing her gloves changed and even her nails were painted. She looked down to see that her whole outfit was different and... Yuki's face turned deep red as she noticed that certain 'features' had been enlarged as well. She shook her head from side to side. "I don't think this is a publicity stunt, I think this is real." Yuki took a step forward and looked at her gloves. Something like a projector was in the middle, it looked like a weapon. No, she knew it was a weapon. "And if we're really being attack I am not going down without a fight!" She threw forward her hands and from them two beams of light former a ball of pink energy. She let out a war cry, and the ball flew forward towards the enemy knight. Basic Attack Scorpio

"Better than a bored audience... A little bit." Yuki looked around trying to find any signs of life, any signs of action. But the more she looked, the less she thought anyone was still awake. "Hello? Can anyone hear me? Is anyone still around?" Yuki waited for a response, instinctively going closer to Yuri for comfort.

"Oh..." Arthur only realized his wounds when they were gone, he had become so used to bleeding and fighting that it was hard to remember being hurt. "Thank you, I'll be more careful. But I must fight, that is our job. Please keep assisting me. And uh... It's Arthur... Being called Sir just feels weird." With that said, he took off running to the front lines, when he arrived he beat his sword against his shield. He observed his enemies, ready to fight whoever took the challenge. Move to N13

[Interest Check] Persona RP
Pyon Pyon Kyuu!~ posted a topic in Unofficial Official RP Club's General
So, I've had a crazy idea rattle around in my head and before I write anything down about it I would like to share it with everyone first to see if there is any interest at all. I'm not too sure on the current state of our forum which is why I'm asking. Shin Megami Tensei: persona is a great series, and we've never actually had an RP on it (to my knowledge anyways). Well I'd like to change that! I propose a mechanics based RP, social links and combat would be represented mechanically as well as of course with RP. Days would go by, players would decide together when to go into dungeons, combat would be turn based, and stats would exist both social and combat stats. Social links would matter to boost combat stats and just for being social links yeah know? Another detail is that the game would be limited to 4 players, at least for the start. Maybe at some point I'd start running the game with 8, having two combat encounters of 4 running at the same time. Overall I'd like to make this a unique experience, resembling the aethetics and themes of the game. If people like the idea and would like me to go along with it there is no guarantee I'll actually do it, and if I do, do it it will be delayed until next month or later this month as I still have university to finish. But it's something I can work in the background. So yeah, thoughts? -
But cuteness doesn't save one from failure, and Yuki stumbled on a monitor and shook her arms forward to attempt and regain her balance. "Woah woah woah!" She said as she shook her arms and finally regaining balance she sighed in relief. "Safe..." But it wasn't safe at all. The time she took to not trip, and the time in which she had reassured herself, she completely missed her cue. Too embarrassed to try again, she went back to the other girls.

Yuki's optimism was slowly fading as she saw that everyone's interest was fading. No She told herself. They are losing interest in everyone else, just wait until they see how cute my sister and I are. Putting on her cutest smile, Yuki took a stride forward and took the center.

Yuki wrote a 人 kanji on her palm and brought it to her mouth as if eating it. Yuki wrote a 人 kanji on her palm again and brought it to her mouth as if eating it... Again. She must have repeated this action several times trying to keep herself calm. Half of Yuki was excited, finally she was going to be able to perform outside of Home! Finally she would show the universe what she was made of! Finally she would get her chance! However, 100% of Yuki was scared of messing up and nervous nervous nervous. However she wouldn't let it show. She gave it her all to make her legs stay still on the ground, stopping her arms from trembling and controlling herself perfectly. And she couldn't let her sister see her nervous. Before it started, Yuki went over to Yuri. She grabbed her sister's hands with both of hers holding them tight for a few moments. "Do your best okay? I will give it my all as well." She gave her sister a wide smile, and went back to her position. She didn't feel comfortable reassuring the other girls, she didn't know them at all. But she knew her sister enough to know that that little gesture could matter. Moments later, the song had started and all thoughts cleared from Yuki's head, her brain process becoming nothing more than motions and giving herself into her muscle memory. The first verse started and as Yuki sang 'Bon Voyage' she raised her left arm as she kept her right one on her hip and following her arm with her eyes. She then looked back straight at the audience, and brought her arm down with her wrapping it around herself and swinging from side to side to the beat. Then she opened them up again, just as the beat started to pick up and the verse ended Yuki took the time she wasn't singing to jump up, and wave at the audience with a genuine smile. Even if she was nervous, even if she was scared of messing up; she was happy to be there. She was happy to be on stage, having everyone look at her. And she wanted to show this, as she smiled and waved at the people. The song kept going, and Yuki took a step back to align herself with the rest of the group. Her dance evolved into an arms sequence where she place both hands on her head and twirled then she brought them down swinging them to the beat, and then placing her left hand on her hip and making her right one climb down to back to the top of her head. From here it descended to her hip where then she brought them both in front of her face and moments later away, revealing a wink and a smile. Then there was singing! Yuki wasn't the best singer, or dancer for that matter. She sang was she was taught, and used her moves to express and accentuate what she sang, moving them along to the beat, dragging her hips and feet along as well. What she was proficient at, was smiling. She put on her best facial expressions throughout the song, trying to convey what the song meant to her. It meant the start of her trip, the start of her voyage. This was her and her sister's change to travel out through the world and show what she was made of. The excitement, but also the mellowness of leaving everyone behind. The scariness of leaving home, and the happiness of achieving your dreams. I'll do my best, and they will be amazed! Watch! Watch me, let me show you! The thought started to run through her head as the song was reaching the middle...

"This all seems to be a huge misunderstanding, we shouldn't be helping you. Gladiators shouldn't attempt to run, you should know the rules yourself. Although I thank you for your assistance." Arthur passed besides Akane as she went for her strike, again hoping to assist her by flanking her target and swinging his blade at the poor axeman. Move to L10 and attack Axeman 2 with Iron Blade.

As Klaren enters the 'spooky' torn down house he finds... Nothing, the house was completely empty. The walls broken in some places, the ceiling holding up if only barely. Dust and dust and sand and dust had gathered in the house, a few remnants of wood, a few remnants of ceramics are the only indicators that this was ever a house. A wooden chair survived though, and it was currently being used by a semi transparent girl. Klaren rubbed his eyes twice to check if he was seeing it correctly, an armored girl with brown colored skin sat in the chair sobbing. Klaren could see the chair directly behind her, but he couldn't hear her at all. Was it a mirage? A ghost? She got up, and walked her footsteps making no sound. Her armor glinted gold, but the fact that Klaren could see through her made it all the more unnerving. The only clue that she ever noticed Klaren was when she tilted her head towards him looking with curious hazel eyes. But then she looked forward and passed through a wall as if it simply didn't exist, or as if she simply didn't exist. If Klaren looked outside, he would not have seen the woman, or anything but sand or his companions or his enemies. The wind blew towards the north east. Cheat Sheet: [Player Phase Continues]
