    Missed Choice Item?

    I know you can get a Choice Specs/Band depending on what gang you joined after the application quest and now read in the walkthrough, that you can also get the other one. The problem is that apparently you need to have finished a sidequest at the very beginning of the game where you get an Onix, but back then I actually didn't know there was this sidequest at all. Now the NPC doesn't show up, did I miss this item permanently or is there still a chance to get it?

    You mean you found fire and ground, too?

     

    To use them you simply give them to your Silvally. While you'Re locked from holding other items you get the bonus of extreme flexibility since you can always change the type to what you currently need, when and whereever you need it.

    I remember seing a post on 9GAG. I already played some rom hacks here and there and thought "Why not?". I started with E15 and I was just overwhelmed by how big and detailed this game was. The last time I felt like this about any Pokemon game was back when I first played the Silver Edition.

    Have you the latest patch installed? I had the same problem because I didn't see there was a patch out at first but after applying it the mentioned method worked for me.

    Could someone please have a quick look at my save? Unless I suffer from memory problems the second Gyarados quest deactivated itself halfway through. I was ready to fight it but postponed it til later because my team was too weak back then and now that I want to beat it it's gone but the 2 guys at the entrance still think it's there. Or is there a problem because I waited too long because I'm now at the point where I have to go resque Amber.

    Had the same problem. You actually have to head back to the ruins and talk to the old lady one more time. If I remember correctly she is in one of the rooms on the right side of the gate.

    It's not a bug, it's supposed to look like that to symbolize how this whole place breaks down. The exit you are looking for is that space on the bottom left, it'll lead you outside the tower.

    I've got a problem with the second battle against the dim. Gyarados in Goldenwood Forest. When I first got the quest I decided to take it later because my Team was kinda weak back then. Now I'm at the part of the story where I have to resque Amber and I wanted to finish this quest for training, but the dim. Gyarados and the dude I got this quest from are gone, only the other 2 rangers(?) remain in the entrance, still asking wether or not I can pull this of etc.

    I have the latest patch installed and besides using Cheat Engine once for the speed hack I never messed with the game.
