Oh dear. I've been cornered, it seems! The information Jace received from L'Belle is correct except for one thing: I cannot win by being the last mafia alive, in fact I need another mafia with me. That's why I intended to keep my last surviving "ally" nice and cozy under my wing until the end of the game. Said "ally" doesn't seem too enthused by the idea, unfortunately. A shame, because he's dooming himself --and his faction-- either way. I am indeed the mastermind. I started hidden among the regular mafia members, but was never part of their faction, and our respective win conditions are mutually exclusive. I have an idea, though! Every time someone posts, I'll tell you the name of someone who is innocent. As a gesture of good faith, I'll start now. Seal is innocent! You're on the verge of winning, townies. Come out and play ^^

Welcome Neocon! Have fun here. If I may, here are my 2 cents regarding your complaints... Not much to say here, it's completely subjective. Some people are going to love the avatars, others won't. I don't think they all look the same, but to each their own. As for the art style... well unless I'm mistaken they were all made by Ame, so it kinda makes sense they'd feel similar. Decibel best skin That's true. It can seem especially odd given that Reborn intentionally avoids any mention of how much time passes between events. Were the kids left at the Meteor Daycare for a couple days, or for weeks? Did Tania survive on nothing but polluted water and Meteor blood for days? Who knows. I don't think these arcs are supposed to last very long story-wise, but gameplay-wise they do feel a bit long. Probably because the player generally won't go through all these events in one sitting. They are, but it's also up to the player to be smart about defeating very strong foes despite being kind of underleveled (and in this game, the more you progress, the likelier you are to be). It adds up to the challenge, in a not very subtle but effective way. It doesn't bother me that new mons are obtained at a lower level, either. Being given a lv75 Metagross right off the bat would feel a bit cheap. Field effect notes aren't required. They help, but it's entirely possible to beat the game without reading them ever which may or may not have happened to me. They are borderline necessary to fully explore a couple optional locations though. I get what Ame was going for with the slow sand, but I have to agree that slowing the player down in Tourmaline feels a bit extra, especially considering how huge the area is. It's a mechanic that makes sense, but it's not a fun one. I suppose whether you consider it a good or bad thing depends on what you expect from a game like Reborn. Regardless, I'm glad you have an overall positive opinion of the game and hope you'll keep enjoying it

How very convenient indeed, that L'Belle would confess something like that just before dying. It's very easy to make the dead say all sorts of things. Even nonsensical ones. Were I mafia as you claim, why would I be killing my own allies? And more importantly, why would L'Belle bus me if I were his last surviving partner? This looks like a desperate ploy elaborated by a lonely maf trying to buy himself one more day. Therefore, [Eliminate] Jace Stormkirk I had a feeling something was off a while ago, and I should have listened to it. @everyone pls help me lynch scum

I suppose my vote wouldn't change anything one way or the other. Again. Like last day phase, this is a strangely one-sided bandwagon, making me question whether this is truly the best thing to do. Hopefully things don't end here. [Eliminate] Eric I'll say one more thing before afking myself for a while. My vote is the 6th against him, so if we assume that Eric is indeed mafia as his last 2 posts seems to imply, it's very likely that there's some hot bussing action at play. Would be an odd strategy, give how close the mafia is to winning.

Among the remaining players, it's kinda hard to tell who's more suspicious because many of them haven't said much of anything at all. I have a slight townlean on Bok due to him somewhat making sense in his analysis, and a slight scumlean on players who jumped late on the Nano bandwagon, such as L'Belle and Amine. I think Seal jumped on it way too late for it to have been smart mafplay; I'm pretty sure he just noticed the ping and hastily cast a vote because he felt he had to. To address Bok's point, I unvoted Nano because the significant BW that formed on him made it unlikely for him to have been maf. No one really tried to argue against lynching him, or pressure someone else. That means either people didn't care, or his death was convenient to them. I'd have unvoted him earlier if I could, but I was afk for longer than I had anticipated. Another thing comes to my mind. Since the beginning of the game, most roles have evolved a couple times, presumably granting them new abilities, yet almost no one seems to have any information to share. If anyone has literally anything to say that could help, now's the time. My role hasn't evolved at all nor do I have the ability to gather any information, so unfortunately I can't help in that department.

Sorry for not being able to check on this earlier. The massive bandwagon that rapidly formed around Nano kinda convinces me that he isn't mafia. Votes would be more divided if he were, because his buddies would most likely try to save him. I think it's too late to save him now but by principle I'll [Unvote] Nano and [Eliminate] Amber (mostly because he jumped on the bandwagon, otherwise no solid element against him)

Fakeclaiming is a relatively common strategy here. Tbh when you claimed granny that immediately made me suspect you were a maf who wanted to deter investigative roles and/or vigilantes from taking an interest in you. I'm still not sure what you mean by "super granny", but your reaction seems somewhat genuine. I have to afk a couple hours but I do hope to have stuff to read here when I come back, some players are very quiet.

Not voting wasn't a good idea even on the previous phase imo Wdym 2 new deaths (not counting Jaeger's) last night seem to support the existence of a vigilante type of role on top of the mafia's factional kill. Except this time, they targeted a townie, be it accidentally or by design. I'd suggest the wielder of this ability to employ prudence. Question for the hosts: is Jaeger going to be replaced?
