      Woah, this whole thread is hitting WAY TOO CLOSE TO HOME. My wife has been having medical problems for over a year now, and I out of the blue told her today that if she suicided I have no idea whether or not I would kill myself as well.

      She's told me a few times that the reason she fights so hard to stay alive is because I'm there to make her laugh. If she dies for medical reasons, I feel like I'll be able to go on because she tried and failed to stay alive for me. But if she kills herself...I'll be the one who failed.
