Is it possible to do 4-player double battles in HGSS?

Before I get too deep into planning a team, can I assume that we'll be using the VGC restrictions on pokemon rather than our usual restrictions?

4x for double weakness 1.5x for STAB 1.5x for Su- ah, that's right. Sunshine only boosts Fire attacks, not Grass. That's still 6x though. ...I do not know the math of stat boosts, so I'll take your word on that one.

I think I've got a team picked out, but before I submit it, I have two questions: Can I resubmit my team before the deadline if I want to change something? Is disallowed?

No need to worry. Cy just happens to be one of the top two battlers here. Two types is the way to go. (I don't think I've heard anyone refer to them as "colors" before. ...Now I feel like playing Magic.)
