Ah yeah, it took me a while to be able to do so, i finally remembered the access to my email i had for my minecraft account, i do agree that its silly that the account transfer is necessary.
If I remember correctly you could go to the login screen on the Launcher and it would prompt you to migrate in some window or another. I know it's possible as I didn't use an email when I transferred.
Oh, really? I need to check out the launcher a bit more. That would be really nice to be able to change my skin again and to secure my game a bit more.
