    Do I need to have progressed a certain amount or be in a certain area to have the Odd Keystone be mineable or can I get it as soon as I get the mining kit? I'd hate to spend a long time trying to get one and then realize I'm not far enough into the plot or at the wrong section of the world.

      I think you can get it once you get the Mining Kit, but it's very rare, so be prepared to soft reset in front of rocks a lot!
