[Is dragapult available in the game?]

I believe the goal is to have all pokemon available eventually, but OP pokemon like dragapult will likely not be available until very late into the games story, maybe even post game

If by back to back fight in whispy tower as having to fight Eli and Sharon and then fight Geara right after, that isnt exactly a back to back fight as you have a chance to go and heal after Eli and Sharon before fighting Geara. If you mean fighting Geara then fighting Giratina right after, yes it was done that way originally.


I do agree about the fight vs Nim, I was even actively complaining about it to my friends that I was streaming for at the time saying things like 'this game has a custom checkpoint system with their little yellow whatevers that is supposed to heal you, and the red things that let you use the PC, they are normally so good at putting these before major fights so you dont have to do a huge amount of walking, why isn't there one here, why do I have to get sent all the way back to fucking goldenleaf every time I lose'
So basically put a yellow and red checkpoint somewhere near the Nim fight.


I didn't notice any problem with the Madelis into Neved fight myself since I was able to beat them first try, ya your complains there sound pretty valid. Blacksteeple is all around pretty broken in terms of programming, being the buggiest location so far, and how fights are set up so hopefully this is something they can fix there as well. Again, they have those custom checkpoints, developers should utilize them before major fights to prevent this kind of frustration.

Are you currently in control of Emma at this point? If so you arent actually supposed to fight Neved yet, instead go to the room that is to the right of the throne room to find him.

If you link your save that you have that isn't in the stuck spot yet I can take a look and see what step you are on and exactly what you need to do next,

So now that ive made it through blacksteeple myself, that place is kind of a mess, if you do anything at all that isn't on the beaten path you will encounter a bug, most of them seem to be minor and wont hinder your progress, and almost all of them are during the portions of the game in which you are supposed to be controlling Emma.

These include:
-loosing a fight as Emma will cause you to revive as your own character with your own party
-going to any part of the castle that is not the direction of the story will result in that section of the castle appearing as the non-emma portion (IE when controlling Emma at night to go get the key, if you go the library first it will suddenly be day again, interacting with the purple book shelf will cause it to read Sakis note, but with your characters name replaced with Emmas)

-Various walls that can be completely walked through, such as if you go to the battle room you can walk directly into the crowd from the arena area

[[spoiler] Blacksteeple Castle Soft Lock Bug]

I fixed a save file for someone they had gotten stuck in the throne room of blacksteeple castle as when they attempted to leave it would tell them 'Neveds room is not this direction' however they could not trigger any event further into the throne room.

They where currently in control of Emma, looking at the events they where on step 66, and the door appears to no longer let someone leave that room once you are on step 64 of the blacksteeple quest, however the trigger to fight Neved does not occur until step 81, so they where trapped in the room with no event to trigger farther in, but unable to leave.

I dont know if maybe they werent supposed to get into that room in the first place at that point and maybe glitched their way in to get themselves stuck, or if you can literally just walk in and get stuck.

[[Spoiler] Bug in Wispy Tower]

This happened to me too, heres what I submitted to the bug report

Really weird bug, after losing to Giratina all my pokemon where de-leveled to the level they where when I started playing that session, losing anywhere between 5-7 levels for each my pokemon, and de-evolving them.
Despite having saved several times during the session, they did not just de-level to my last save, but all the way back, several hours of gameplay to when I had started playing for that day.
Even though my pokemon where de-leveled I lost no actual progress in the game, and was still in the wispy tower at the correct healing station.

Ok Turns out its a problem with MKXP in general and there is a fix, if anyone else is having this problem open the NVIDIA control panel, go to Manage 3D settings, create a new profile for Rejuvenation (game.exe) and set 'antialiasing - Mode' to 'application controlled'

Try using password 1111 at character creation and see if you like the legacy sprites more

[Black Screen when trying to change screen size]

So anytime I try to play the game with a screen size of anything other than the default medium screen size, the screen just goes black. I reported it as a bug using the form, but im wondering if anyone has a quick fix since trying to play with the tiny default screen size on a 4k a monitor is pretty annoying.

Im gonna start from the beginning again, but im definitely going to get the PBS files so I can open it in RPG maker myself and debug for EVs/IVs because I do not want to have to spend hours training/breeding all over again

Im getting the same problem, black screen and if I wait long enough I get this error and a crash.

[SWM modular modpack [E19]]

Getting a crash that seems to be caused by the infinite Backups mod. I have plenty of hard drive space, so not sure whats causing this.


EDIT: As a note the game has been randomly crashing throughout the game with this error, however now that I have started the part of the game where you join Amaria it crashes 100% of the time that I try to save.

So I heard the Ghastly thing got taken out in episode 15 and replaced with Misdreavus, is there a way to download a previous episode so I can go get Ghastly instead? Also the area where you are supposed to push the Boulder down the hole, I have no Boulder, theres the rock you have to smash, but beyond that it just has me fall down the hole and I cant get past the stupid normal rock; am I missing something?
