Well this is weird, but happy birthday Okami! I figured everyone else has a birthday thread, so why shouldn't I whip one up for you! I won't go into any crazy sentimental brotherly stuff, since you've probably had a lot of that over the years, but saying happy birthday on Reborn, well I'm sure there's a certain charm to that too. I hope you have a great day doing you normal stuff in school, and don't over do it on the cake. Here's hoping to another great year, and as per usual... So once more, Happy Birthday!

I don't believe it is possible. Breeding wise, Growlithe cannot learn it, though it can learn Wild Charge through TM usage. You might want to check on Growlithe's wiki page to see what breeding moves it can learn.
