So, who are you?: I'm Alex! I've been around here for fewer than two years, but I feel like I've definitely left an impact in the community, whether through my lewd comments, through helping others, promiscuity or apparently being amusing. I'm mostly cheery and am quite cuddly, but I get anxious pretty easily, so go easy on me. umu 

Anything you're responsible for? Uh, I feel like I was somewhat responsible for the removal of the chatspeak rule. I did make my stance on that pretty well known haha oops. I also weigh in my opinions on similar stuff when I feel like I need to. Anyway, I also helped Jan with Rejuvenation during the version 9 alpha/beta testing stages, through play testing, slight edits to files, and custom shiny sprites. Before I came to reborn, I was an admin on the main Pokemon Server for quite a while, under the pseudonyms of Cirno/Alice.

What can I talk to you about? Just approach me about anything, whether it's help about Rejuvenation, some personal stuff, airing frustration, or just sending me memes and cute animal pictures. Cute animals are always appreciated. I'm not really about insulting other people though.

Closing statements? Uh, I think I've said what I've needed to. But if you really want to help this community, reach out to people, talk to them, and don't be intimidated. This goes for the vets here who like to hide in the Cool Kid's Club (TM) too.

As someone who has helped people debug in jackpot starters, I kinda agree. I feel the chances are far too low for them, and even then if you want a specific one, it's even lower, especially if you wanted to do a mono run of some kind. It's just a tedious part of the game that really doesn't add too much, I feel. Also, luck being a part of Pokemon is not a solid argument at all. Being paralysed a few times in a row does not surmount to softresetting for a long time, or until you give up and ask someone to give you one - one is a minor annoyance, the other is a huge inconvenience. In fact, I'd rather just offer someone help to add it in for them so they can enjoy the game sooner without a foul taste from resetting.

It's a 1/22 chance for the *chance* of getting a Jackpot starter, than a 1/60 chance for getting the starter you want. So yeah, reset a lot.

Attack: 90 -> 110 (+20)

Defense: 130 -> 160 (+30)

Special Attack: 45

Special Defense: 65 -> 105 (+40)

Speed: 55 -> 65 (+10)

New Moves: Slack Off

 

Mega Relicanth becomes a pretty defensive beast, with Solid Rock, really good defensive stats, and the new addition of Slack Off. A small buff to Attack and Speed make it slightly less passive too! It does however, lose access to the infamous Rock Head Head Smash combo, but this mega is not of the offensive nature.

[Eevee and Mawilenite]

There is no Mawilenite yet, and there is no Mega Ring either. Eevee is obtainable from a sidequest near the end of this version.

I used Spiky Shield with Togedemaru yet it still got affected by Swagger and Scary Face, which should not be the case. Spiky Shield blocks all moves.

I noticed this thing got Rock Blast and Bullet Seed in its movepool, so I decided to capitalise on that. Its special attack gets a small boost so it can still use its special movepool to effect, while increase in bulk is generally useful. A new move in Icicle Spear expands upon its new ability. As a very slow bulky attacker with tons of coverage, it will most likely be able to dish out some damage while taking a hit, but may fall short like Mega Camerupt.
