Specifically in the Eastern side of East Gearen city (with Venam's gym) in the morning. It's pretty rare.

[Regarding move Throat Chop]

The problem was most likely throat chop and magma drift having the same internal ID in reborn and rejuv respectively, most likely due to rejuv's custom moves existing before gen 7 moves.

[Ralts (jackpot)]

Jackpot Pokemon were removed in v10.

In v9, there was a less than 0.1% chance of getting a specific jackpot starter.

Eevee can be gotten around the second gym, so that isn't necessary right now. You can evolve Eevee into Sylveon with Max Happiness and a Fairy-type move learned.

[How do I solve the Battlestar press buttons in this order puzzle?]

1) The puzzle isn't broken, especially as of the latest patch, that is Version 10 Patch 2 (I made sure all the notes were corrected)
2) The solution in that image looks correct, since it is only 18 steps long.

3) Stop posting that 30 step solution in places. It's wrong and just causes further confusion. I will probably have to end up deleting it if you do.

4) The secret notes are independent of the normal notes.

You need to finish version 10 first.

[Little lag problem]

Turning off animations in battle will help speed up things a lot if you haven't done that already. Most of the reason it lags is due to RPGMaker XP just not being the greatest with some later versions of windows, and not necessarily due to your computer's performance (though that helps).

There is no way to (legally) move pokemon between the two games.

@Aboodie sorry for the late reply! As of the latest patch in v10, the third shard should be in the light version of the darchlight caves. Get lookin'!

[Money farming on Rejuv is almost impossible now.]

As mentioned before, Pickup is a viable alternative to getting items and/or money. You can also use Meowth/Persian to use Pay Day and gain money that way. In the Moon Field on Route 3, there are pokemon like Clefairy, Cleffa, Solrock and Lunatone that hold valuable items like Stardusts, Sun Stones, Moon Stones, and rarely, Comet Shards.

Breeders were never supposed to be sources of money farming. Only exp farming.

[Tips for defeating Marianette?]

Ribombee has its uses versus the next gym leader too with dazzling gleam. It can't take physical hits well but it's definitely fast enough to deal some kind of damage.
