In my Psychic mono, Delphox basically swept both Bennett and Serra. It was far easier than my Fighting one. Bennett gave me hell then due to accuracy and field damage.

To confirm BlackMage's statement, you need a Pokémon with Rock Smash. -
You only need the Red and Green Crystal Plugs to get the Yureyu Key.

This operates under the assumption that the number of Badges doesn't matter as much as the rank of the Gym Leader in question does. 2. Yeah, Scraggy is. Get the Dull Key from the Railnet and use it to unlock the door in the Slums. You have to fight three Pangoro to get the Scraggy, two of them Level 45, and the final one Level 50.
