    Espurr is in a house in the peridot ward that you access by giving money to the homeless man a couple of times. I wish I could help you on grass types but I'm unsure of which ones are in the early game. Checking out the monotype viability thread might help you (if you check the grass section).

    No, Zubat was too powerful for the early game. The first place you'll find them is Azurine Island if I remember correctly.

    Welcome to Reborn. This game is amazing and has good difficulty as well as a brilliant story. You won't regret playing it! You don't need to put your trainer card in your signature. Once you create it it goes in automatically (which is why is is appearing double atm). Anyway have a good time here.

    I don't think that there would be any problem with you making one. The community (or a mod) would have to decide that yours is better than the current one for them to switch over but I see no problem with you making one.

    Yeah, 7th street is a secret location (kinda an underground place) that you can access later in the game. You'll be able to find some good items and pokemon there.

    You could do that. I like the sprite but if you really hate it you can change the files and it will change in game. Make sure the sprites will work with the sizing and so on. So I wouldn't recommend it (as I like the sprites) but it is possible and shouldn't cause you issues if you use the right sprites.

    An ampharos would do you well. It has a fair bit of bulk and can probably take a hit from Banette. Especially if you get reflect on Meowstic to raise your whole team's defense.

    We haven't decided that yet (at least I don't know if we have). It won't be too short given that the league will only run on weekends. It needs to be a minimum of six weeks for anyone to succeed and I assume it will be a lot longer than 6 weeks so you should be fine.
