You can open up two games (each with different save files); and then u can conduct a trade while each game is using a different username to execute the trade. A better suggestion however is to use the Shared PC mod (found in the link below), to move all the mons u want into the last box of ur pc (last box will be shared with all your save files), then you will see the pokemon in the last box in your new save file too. Also very important: Ensure that your last box for all your save files is empty first before you place the mod in your game folder (as per instructions in the post). From what I read from past forums, Masuda method isn't possible as reborn doesn't have a difference in game languages/regions. The shiny rate for reborn is already quite high actually (1/93.333) compared to the actual games; and with the shiny charm, it becomes even higher (1/33). Once you have an incubator too, you are able to farm a lotta eggs consistently, plus with the eggs having a shiny colour, it will be easier to differentiate as per plans one may have.

You will only get one post game unfortunately; so trading is the only way I am aware of; By internal trades, you mean self-trades with old save files?
