problem solved because at the agate circus the move tutor can learn heat wave so thank you all for the help !!!

my slugma haven t heat wave , but slugma can t learn it by himself , is there a way to know if in agate circus i can learn heat wave or not ? because before luna i want to breed my pokemon and it is too much to walk
