Firstly, be yourself. Don't be something your not. Secondly, answer anything they ask you, don't skip questions. If you can't think of any answer, be honest about that, but, try to find anything that could apply as such. Trying, is better than not doing so.

As in suit and tie kind of formal? I'd rather drop that and dress in regular clothes. Be honest with the boss. Even if you're nervous it helps if you tell him/her that and keep going. Bosses are people no more or less than you are. They want a guy who's here to work and earn his pay and doesn't screw up often. Good luck, let us know how did it go.
