    I am about to punch Keta in the face. There is no freaking way Sleep Powder should miss 4 times in a row. 75% isn't THAT low.

      It always 75% chance to hit every turn. That is true everytime you use it. It doesn;t matter how many times it used that doesn't change it lol. Just saying.
