It doesn't matter when you evolve it. Just evolve it when you feel like it. I'm sad this isn't the case for pokemon that evolve from evolution stones. Most of them lose access to all but like 4-6 moves from the move relearner.

That guy wont talk as much when you talk to him again. You can also get blast powder from Pokemon with the ability "Pickup" at levels 1-60, with Blast Powder being most common at levels 51-60.

Blast powder allows you to mine from mining rocks a second time. Just interact with the rubble left behind after mining with some blast powder in your bag and you can mine again.

Because they replaced the sprites to try an simulate what the battle against Anna would be like, assuming the rock shown earlier was the opponent's battlebase and the background would be based off space. So far they're just helping to show why the rock looks awkward as a battlebase. Ame did say she was happy with this earlier. Either she's getting lazy(which I seriously doubt) or it isn't a battlebase. Edit: it appears I have been ninja'd.

My initial experience with Reborn was brutal. I struggled through pretty much everything after Kiki. I was still in the whole "just use the same 5-6 pokemon, any more is a waste of time" mindset I got while playing the official games and refused to catch different pokemon on every obstacle, except for two of the gym leaders, Aya and Charlotte(this was in episode 13, by the way). I caught different pokemon for those two because I eventually got frustrated and just decided to find something to counter them. I don't quite remember what I used in that run because my old computer borked, and I couldn't be bothered to get the files from the hard drive. I had a much easier time with my second run. Now that I knew what to watch out for and started using reserve pokemon. Aya was much easier this time and I was ready for Charlotte. I brought a water type and Tyrantrum to deal with her. And then Terra happened. And there was much rage that day due to gen 1 mechanics. I love and hate this game at the same time. God bless you, Amethyst, you insane, sadistic person.

I don't think that image is helping your case at all, dude. In fact, I think it just helps prove that this rock doesn't look good as a battle base. It looks ridiculous.

The rock is going much farther under where the hp bar is than it should be. The fact that it's even going under the screen is the problem. None of the other battle bases are this big. and they are all flat circles(except the Circus battlebase, that one is a square because of the unique field, but it's still a flat surface with a proper shape). This base is giant, is at a weird angle, and looks nothing like the other battlebases. Wonder what's up with all the holes.

What are you looking forward to the most right now? - [10/27/2015] Umm. Christmas, I guess? I mean, Pokemon Phoenix Rising doesn't come out till next year at some point, same with Reborn episode 16. And I'm not really excited or "hyped" about anything else right now.

From what I've seen, there isn't really any game that gives you free stuff through streetpass that really breaks the game in any way. I'll add some examples of streetpass stuff here. The Monster Hunter games have "Guild Cards" which let you hire other hunters to do quests for you(these don't count as quest you've completed).While you can get these through streetpass, you can also get guild cards by exchanging them with people online, so this isn't too big a deal. In LoZ: A Link Between Worlds, streetpass lets you fight shadows of the players you streetpassed. If you beat the shadow, you get rupees, simple as that(these shadow Links are difficult, so good luck trying to beat shadows of people who already 100%'d the game while you're still early in the game).

My advice is more in general than just for Ciel's battle, so feel free to ignore this if you don't really care about how you're playing the game in general. While having Same Type Attack Bonus is great, having 3 or 4 attacks of the same type on a pokemon is redundant. 2 of the same type should be the max on a pokemon(and if you have to have 2 of the same type, at least have them be useful in different situations), while the others should be for stat boosts or coverage. Does Swalot really need to have 3 poison type attacks? I understand Swalot doesn't have much in the way of move diversity to begin with, but you could've tried to give it something else to work with, like Yawn. Ampharos is a really good pokemon, I'm not sure why you would consider it expendable. While it's slow, its special attacks can certainly hit harder than Zebstrika's, and it gets a bit more variety in moves without needing tms. You really should consider using it. You really should avoid teaching your main team HMs. Luckily, there is a move deleter in the Agate Circus so you can get rid of the useless ones(like Rock Smash and Dive). Consider getting another "HM slave". Using Blastoise as a HM slave seems like a huge waste, especially when you are leveling it up with the rest of your team anyway.

Chandelure was a pokemon that I only really used in Black and White because I didn't have a Fire type, and I pretty much always had one. I saw a Litwick, thought it was dumb, and used it with the intention of ditching it later if I found something that didn't look as dumb. I then found out that Chandelure hit like a bloody freight train. It made minced meat of the Ice gym, and it grew on me shortly afterwards. This thing is easily one of my top 5 favourite pokemon in Gen 5.

No this sidequest is a continuation of the big 'ol wild 'karp chase, where you keep finding people who stole the magikarp, only to find out they already either had it stolen from them, or they sold it to someone else. The Magikarp goes from the con artists in the Reborn center to a guy in the Obsidia slums, to a Magma Gang member in Obsidia Ward, to an Aqua Gang member in Lapis Ward, who stole it from the aforementioned Magma Gang member, to the vendor in 7th street. I bet when we finally catch the thief, it'll turn out he gave it away.
