It is frustrating. I start to lose the interest in animes.

It could have been even cooler if we could see more of them Flux. They leave out many details just to short out the anime.

THis is anyhting based on a book or a movie period. It is no different with Animes adapted from Manga ((or VNs.)). They just don't have time for all of it, so it is hard to fault them. Written works are a much differnt sort of media, and as such can afford to go more into detail. Is it prefect? Heck no....trust me, the pacing would be horribly off if they tried to include every little detail, and it might actually be worse.
