      I don't know what my first shiny was overall, but my first shiny in Reborn was a Meowth.

      My first shiny in Reborn was a Stunky, but if you mean in the other games it was a Sandshrew in Sapphire. That I accidentally ran away from.

      My first legit shiny only happened in XY. I believe it was a shiny Loudred.

    Basically, I'm stuck. After gaining my 3rd badge, fighting Fern and Cain, I returned to the grand hall and was told that the next gym was accross Beryl bridge (which is the power plant, apparently). Problem is, it's locked, and all logic pointed me to the cave right below it, so I ventured in only to find nothing to progress the story, except possibly a boulder. After running around the entirely of Reborn I can possibly go to at this point in the game several times, I've given up search. What my question is- Am I in need of Strength? Or am I missing something else entirely?

    It took me way too long to find the Jasper ward.. and now that I've found it, I feel like an idiot for not finding it sooner.

      Took me a while too, mostly because I didn't pay attention to Florinia. Ended up having to go back through the slums to talk to her again.

      Think that's bad? I never noticed the one space that you could use to cross the Obsidia Ward, so for my entire first playthrough I thought you had to go through the slums every time you wanted to go to the Onyx Ward/Coral Ward/Wasteland.
