    I'm thinking about playing FE, but idk where to start. Should I go with Awakening, wait for Fates, or go farther back?

      I'd say either start with Awakening, or Fates: Birthright (Conquest plays like older Fire Emblem games, so it can be a bit rough for newbies).

      FE sacred stones and Awakening are good places to start, since sacreds stones is too easy and awakening has casual mode.

      Yeah, despite being the latest in the series sans fates, Awakening is a good place to start because it's normal mode is a fair bit easier than other FEs, and it does a pretty good job of teaching you stuff. Really though, you can start anywhere you want.
