We all have out favorite gimmicks in yugioh. Some archetypal gimmicks are potent to the point of being meta, and others are forgotten due to time and such. So, what is your favorite and would you like Konami to one day try the gimmick again?
For me, it has to be LV monsters. I love how they get progressively stronger by achieving certain criteria and how occasionally their own effects can be quite good. Sadly the gimmick itself isn't that great due to said criteria and of course it being quite slow to set up. I do think Konami could manage to get a pretty decent archetype out of LV monsters if they put some work into it. Maybe a retrain to Horus a d an archetype surrounding that line, or something?

Yes, but upon a Ko that still means a free hit or potentially just a free swap. Not exactly things you want your opponent to have

I personally hate moves that lock you for 2-3 turns, and I think it's worse for nuzlocke because if you don't keep OHKOing then you risk losing a mon to a new switch-in. Besides outrage isn't STAB or SE to anything other than dragon so I'd also wouldn't have taken it but that's just how I see it
Plus the added risk of a Fairy being send in and potentially killing with its free move

But seriously.....if he just knew what type of Hidden Power that Unown has even that little guy might be of SOME use^^ Although from a competetive perspective i have never seen someone using Unown, so yeah......a chewing toy for Kiki the Mightyena maybe?

I'm not really familiar with six Samurai and i don't know anyone who uses them.
Six sams are quite easy to figure out.

or getting a bot low on HP on wildies and an unexpected survival to kill happens (the wild mon surviving on like 1 and killing the mon). Wouldn't be the first time with Gen 5 and beyond sturdy...

if you're interested, you could potentially try a Nuzlocke of the DS Digimon games. while working a bit different than a Pokémon Nuzlocke, they're quite fun, if a little difficult. though really it's just the first Digimon that get's 100% scan is the one you get for that area. so sometimes you can get lucky, and other times it will be Etemon...
