    The legendaries appear to be a lion amd a bat. And the region is based on Hawaii. Anyone knoe anything about mythos or beliefs about Gods and other culture stuff of native people from the Pacific Islands regions?

      Well some people believe that Xerneas and Yveltal(and Zygarde) are based on some of the animals that live on the world tree in Norse Mythology.
