Question about hidden abilities: If a Pokemon with their hidden ability, say Espurr with Own Tempo, evolves but the evolved form doesn't get that ability, does the evolved Pokemon get its hidden ability, in this case Prankster?
A Pokemon will retain it's hidden ability slot, however it will gain what ever is in this slot. Ability slots work in that Ability 1, is the frist slot, ability 2 is the second, and the Hidden Ability is 3. ((unless 2 is empty in the case of a mon that only has 1 natural ability.)).
