Are there any items that increase the duration of Tailwind? It's such a useful move that no one seems to use.

Mostly it is used on Talonflame as a sorta filler oh it is going to die anyway move...in singles at least. It is hard to set it in Singles and keep momentum on your side to use it, that is why it isn't used. In DOuble and Triples it is a part of Speed Control and pretty dang important. THis is why Icy Wind and Thunder Wave are super important moves there too. You can afford the turn in Doubles since you can do 2 things rather than just Tailwind and then have to swtich wasting a turn etc.....

Tailwind Zekrom is actually a thing in Ubers, believe it or not. It tends to work pretty well too, since you can switch Zekrom in on anything that wouldn't appreciate a Bolt Strike, Outrage, Draco M, or even a Dragon Claw and then throw up a Tailwind on the switch. Then proceed to either switch to something which can kill the switch in (a common switch in is Xerneas) or proceed to kill.
